(وَعَلَى شَرِيكِ غَيْرِهِمَا) أَيْ غَيْرِ الْأَبِ وَالْقِنِّ (فِي قَتْلِ حُرٍّ نِصْفُ دِيَتِهِ وَفِي) قَتْلِ (قِنٍّ نِصْفُ قِيمَتِهِ) كَالشَّرِيكِ فِي إتْلَافِ مَالِهِ

(و) يكون (على شريك غيرهما) أي: غير الأب وغير القن (في) قتل (حر نصف ديته) ؛ كالشريك في إتلاف مال. (وفي) قتل (قن: نصف قيمته) . وتقدم توجيه ذلك.
