(وَإِنْ احْتَاجَ) الْوَكِيلُ (لِأُجْرَةٍ) هِيَ (فَمِنْ مَالِ جَانٍ) كَأُجْرَةِ اسْتِيفَاءِ (حَدٍّ) ; لِأَنَّهُ لِاسْتِيفَاءِ حَقٍّ عَلَيْهِ أَشْبَهَ أُجْرَةَ كَيْلِ مَكِيلٍ بَاعَهُ.
