(وَإِنْ ادَّعَى جَانٍ عَوْدَهُ) أَيْ الذَّاهِبَ مِنْ عَيْنٍ أَوْ مَنْفَعَةٍ (حَلَفَ رَبُّ الْجِنَايَةِ) عَلَى عَدَمِ الْعَوْدِ لِأَنَّهُ الْأَصْلُ
