(وَمَتَى عَادَ) مَا ذَهَبَ بِالْجِنَايَةِ (بِحَالِهِ) أَيْ عَلَى صِفَتِهِ قَبْلَ ذَهَابِهِ (فَلَا أَرْشَ) عَلَى جَانٍ كَمَا لَوْ قَطَعَ شَعْرَهُ وَعَادَ
