شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(الثَّانِي تَكْلِيفُ) الـ (قَاتِلِ) أَيْ مُدَّعًى عَلَيْهِ الْقَتْلُ (لِتَصِحَّ الدَّعْوَى) لِأَنَّهَا لَا تَصِحُّ عَلَى صَغِيرٍ وَلَا مَجْنُونٍ. الشَّرْطُ
