(وَإِنْ كَانُوا) أَيْ: الْوَرَثَةُ (ثَلَاثَةَ بَنِينَ) فَقَطْ أَوْ مَعَ بَنَاتِ وَزَوْجَةٍ (حَلَفَ كُلُّ) ابْنٍ مِنْهُمْ (سَبْعَةَ عَشَرَ يَمِينًا) لِيَكْمُلَ الْكَسْرُ
