(وَإِنْ انْفَرَدَ) ذَكَرٌ (وَاحِدٌ) بِالْإِرْثِ أَوْ كَانَ مَعَهُ نِسَاءٌ (حَلَفَهَا) أَيْ: الْخَمْسِينَ يَمِينًا لِاعْتِبَارِ عَدَدِهَا كَنِصَابِ الشَّهَادَةِ

(وإن انفرد) ذكر (واحد) بالإرث أو كان معه نساء: (حلفها) أي: حلف الخمسين يمينا، لأن عدد الخمسين معتبر في ذلك. فلا بد منه؛ كنصاب الشهادة.
