(وَيَحْرُمُ بَعْدَ) إقَامَةِ (حَدٍّ حَبْسُ) مَحْدُودٍ (وَإِيذَاؤُهُ بِكَلَامٍ) كَالتَّعْيِيرِ لِنَسْخِهِ بِمَشْرُوعِيَّةِ الْحَدِّ كَنَسْخِ حَبْسِ الْمَرْأَةِ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ويحرم بعد) إقامة (حد حبس، وإيذاء ٢ بكلام) أي: أن يحبس المحدود. نص عليه، أو يؤذى بالكلام كالتعبير على كلام القاضي وابن الجوزي؛ لنسخه بمشروعية الحد؛ كنسخ حبس المرأة.
