(وَمَنْ قَذَفَ) مُحْصَنًا (غَائِبًا لَمْ يُحَدَّ) قَاذِفُهُ (حَتَّى يَثْبُتَ طَلَبُهُ) أَيْ: الْمَقْذُوفِ الْغَائِبِ (فِي غَيْبَتِهِ بِشَرْطِهِ أَوْ يَحْضُرَ وَيَطْلُبَ) بِنَفْسِهِ
