(وَمَنْ قَالَ لِمُحْصَنَةٍ زَنَيْتِ وَأَنْتِ صَغِيرَةٌ فَإِنْ فَسَّرَهُ بِدُونِ تِسْعِ) سِنِينَ عُزِّرَ (أَوْ قَالَهُ) أَيْ: زَنَيْتَ وَأَنْتَ صَغِيرٌ (ل) مُحْصَنٍ (ذَكَرٍ وَفَسَّرَهُ بِدُونِ عَشْرِ) سِنِينَ (عُزِّرَ) لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ومن قال لمحصنة: زنيت وأنت صغيرة، فإن فسره بدون تسع) أي: تسع سنين، (أو قاله لذكر) أي: قال لمحصن: زنيت وأنت صغير (وفسره بدون عشر) أي: عشر سنين: (عزر) ؛ لما تقدم من أن قذف من دون هذا السن يوجب التعزير.
