(وَيَتَحَرَّى) مُضْطَرٌّ (فِي مُذَكَّاةٍ اشْتَبَهَتْ بِمَيْتَةٍ) لِأَنَّهُ غَايَةُ مَقْدُورِهِ حَيْثُ لَمْ يَجِدْ غَيْرَهَا، وَيَكُفُّ عَنْهُمَا قَادِرٌ عَلَى غَيْرِهِمَا حَتَّى يَعْلَمَ الْمُذَكَّاةَ
