(وَمَا قُطِعَ حُلْقُومُهُ أَوْ أُبِينَتْ حَشْوَتُهُ وَنَحْوُهَا) مِمَّا لَا تَبْقَى مَعَهُ حَيَاةٌ (فَوُجُودُ حَيَاتِهِ كَعَدَمِهَا) فَلَا يَحِلُّ بِذَكَاةٍ. الشَّرْطُ
