(وَإِنْ قَتَلَهُ) أَيْ: الصَّيْدَ (أَحَدُهُمَا) أَيْ: الْجَارِحَيْنِ (فَ) الصَّيْدُ (لِصَاحِبِهِ) أَيْ: الْجَارِحِ الْقَاتِلِ لَهُ لِإِثْبَاتِهِ لَهُ
