(وَإِنْ اخْتَلَفَ مُوجِبُهَا) أَيْ الْكَفَّارَةِ (كَظِهَارٍ وَيَمِينٍ بِاَللَّهِ تَعَالَى لَزِمَتَاهُ) أَيْ: الْكَفَّارَتَانِ (وَلَمْ تَتَدَاخَلَا) لِاخْتِلَافِ جِنْسِهِمَا
