(لَا) يَحْنَثُ مَنْ حَلَفَ لَا يَلْبَسُ حُلِيًّا إنْ لَبِسَ (عَقِيقًا أَوْ سَبْحًا أَوْ حَرِيرًا) لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُسَمَّى حِلْيَةً كَحِرْزِ الزُّجَاجِ
