(لَا) يَحْنَثُ (بِ) دُخُولِ (مِلْكِهِ الَّذِي لَا يَسْكُنُهُ) لِأَنَّهُ إنَّمَا حَلَفَ عَلَى مَسْكَنِهِ وَلَيْسَ هَذَا مَسْكَنًا لَهُ
