شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti
(وَيُكْرَهُ بَيْعُهُ) أَيْ الْقَاضِي (وَشِرَاؤُهُ إلَّا بِوَكِيلٍ لَا يُعْرَفُ بِهِ) أَيْ: أَنَّهُ وَكِيلُهُ لِئَلَّا يُحَابِيَ وَالْمُحَابَاةُ كَالْهَدِيَّةِ

(ويُكره بيعُه وشراؤه) أي: أن يبيع الحاكم أو يشتري (إلا بوكيل: لا يُعرَف به) أنه وكيل الحاكم؛ لأنه إن عرف بذلك يحابى. فتكون محاباته؛ كالهدية.
