معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(والمدَّعِي: من يُطالب غيرَه بحقٍّ يذكرُ استحقاقَه عليه) أي: على غيره. (والمدَّعى عليه: المطالَبُ) بفتح اللام أي: من يطالبه غيره بحق يذكر استحقاقه عليه. والبينات. جمع بينة، من بان يبين فهو بيّن، والأنثى بينة.
