(وَكُلُّ مَنْ قُلْنَا هُوَ) أَيْ الْمُتَنَازَعُ فِيهِ (لَهُ فَ) هُوَ لَهُ (بِيَمِينِهِ) ، لِاحْتِمَالِ صِدْقِ غَرِيمِهِ إنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِأَحَدِهِمَا بَيِّنَةٌ،
