شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَيَحْرُمُ) عَلَى مَنْ عِنْدَهُ شَهَادَةٌ بِحَقِّ آدَمِيٍّ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا (كَتْمُهَا) لِلْآيَةِ (فَيُقِيمُهَا) أَيْ الشَّهَادَةَ (بِطَلَبِهِ) أَيْ الْمَشْهُودِ لَهُ، (وَلَوْ لَمْ يَطْلُبْهَا حَاكِمٌ) مِنْهُ لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ،
