(وَلَوْ رَجَعَ بَعْضُهُمْ) أَيْ الشُّهُودِ (غَرِمَ بِقِسْطِهِ) فَعَلَى وَاحِدٍ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ سُدُسٌ وَمِنْ خَمْسَةٍ خَمْسٌ وَهَكَذَا.
