(وَيَكْفِي فِي تَصْدِيقِ وَالِدٍ بِوَلَدٍ وَعَكْسِهِ) أَيْ تَصْدِيقِ وَلَدٍ بِوَالِدٍ (سُكُوتُهُ إذَا أَقَرَّ بِهِ) لِأَنَّهُ يَغْلِبُ فِي ذَلِكَ ظَنُّ التَّصْدِيقِ.
