(وَإِلَّا) يَكُنْ مَعَ مُقِرٍّ وَارِثٌ غَيْرُهُ كَابْنٍ أَوْ بِنْتٍ لَا وَارِثَ غَيْرَهَا أَقَرَّتْ بِأَخٍ (ثَبَتَ) نَسَبُهُ لِعَدَمِ التُّهْمَةِ وَوَرِثَ
