شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَبِالْعَكْسِ) بِأَنْ رَأَى الْمَأْمُومُونَ الْعَدَدَ وَحْدَهُمْ (لَا تَلْزَمُ) الْجُمُعَةُ (وَاحِدًا مِنْهُمَا) أَيْ لَا مِنْ الْإِمَامِ، وَلَا الْمَأْمُومِينَ لِأَنَّهُمْ لَا يَعْتَقِدُونَ صِحَّتَهَا.

(وبالعكس) وهو: ما إذا رأى المأمومون اعتبار العدد دون الإمام فإنها (لا تلزم وأحد امنهما) أي: لا من الإمام ولا من المأموم، لأنهم لايعتقدون صحة جمعتهم.
