(وَالْأَوْلَى: مَعَ تَتِمَّةِ الْعَدَدِ) فِي بَلَدَيْنِ فَأَكْثَرَ مُتَقَارِبَةٍ (تَجْمِيعُ كُلِّ قَوْمٍ) فِي بَلَدِهِمْ إظْهَارًا لِشَعَائِرِ الْإِسْلَامِ.
