(وَبِالْعَكْسِ) بِأَنْ أَمَرَهُ السُّلْطَانُ أَنْ لَا يُصَلِّيَ بِأَرْبَعِينَ (الْوِلَايَةُ بَاطِلَةٌ) لِتَعَذُّرِهَا مِنْ جِهَةِ الْإِمَامِ
