(وَ) يُكْرَهُ (قَطْعُ الْبَاسُورِ) دَاءٌ مَعْرُوفٌ (وَمَعَ خَوْفِ تَلَفٍ) بِقَطْعِهِ (يَحْرُمُ) قَطْعُهُ لِأَنَّهُ تَعْرِيضٌ بِنَفْسِهِ لِلْهَلَكَةِ (وَ) مَعَ خَوْفِ تَلَفٍ (بِتَرْكِهِ) بِلَا قَطْعٍ (يُبَاحُ) قَطْعُهُ لِأَنَّهُ تَدَاوٍ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(و) يكره أيضاً (قطعُ الباسور) وهو داء معروف. (ومع خوفِ تلف بقطعه يحرم) قطعه؛ لما في ذلك من التعريض إلى أهلاك نفسه. (و) مع خوف التلف (بتركه) أي: بعدم قطعه (يباح) قطعه.
