(ثُمَّ كُلَّمَا تَمَّ حَوْلُ أَحَدِهِمَا) أَيْ: الْخَلِيطَيْنِ (لَزِمَهُ مِنْ زَكَاةِ الْجَمِيعِ) أَيْ: الشَّاةِ الْوَاجِبَةِ فِي مَالِ الْخُلْطَةِ (كُلِّهِ بِقَدْرِ مِلْكِهِ فِيهِ) أَيْ: مَالِ الْخُلْطَةِ
