(وَمَا أَعْتَقَ) إمَامٌ أَوْ (سَاعٍ مِنْهَا) أَيْ: الزَّكَاةِ (فَوَلَاؤُهُ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ) لِأَنَّهُ نَائِبُهُمْ وَمَا أَعْتَقَ رَبُّ الْمَالِ مِنْهَا، فَوَلَاؤُهُ لَهُ.
