شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) إنْ مَاتَ (فِي أَثْنَائِهِ) أَيْ: الزَّمَنِ الْمُعَيَّنِ، بِأَنْ نَذَرَ صَوْمَ رَجَبٍ مَثَلًا، أَوْ اعْتِكَافَهُ، وَمَاتَ فِي أَثْنَائِهِ (سَقَطَ الْبَاقِي) مِنْهُ، كَمَا لَوْ مَاتَ قَبْلَ دُخُولِهِ كُلِّهِ
