(وَيَجِبُ) عَلَى مُعْتَكِفٍ (فِي) اعْتِكَافٍ (وَاجِبٍ) خَرَجَ لِعُذْرٍ يُبِيحُهُ (رُجُوعٌ) إلَى مُعْتَكَفِهِ (بِزَوَالِ عُذْرٍ) لِأَنَّ الْحُكْمَ يَدُورُ مَعَ عِلَّتِهِ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ويجب) على المعتكف (في) اعتكاف (واجب) إذا خرج لعذر يبيح الخروج (رجوع) إلى معتكفه (بزوال عذر) ، لأن كل ما أبيح من أجل عذر.
