(وَيَسْقُطَانِ) أَيْ الْحَجُّ وَالْعُمْرَةُ (عَمَّنْ يَجِدُ نَائِبًا) مَعَ عَجْزِهِ عَنْهُمَا لِعَدَمِ اسْتِطَاعَتِهِ بِنَفْسِهِ، وَنَائِبِهِ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ويسقطان) أي: الحج والعمرة (عمن لم يجد نائباً) من العاجز عن الحج والعمرة؛ لكبر أو مرض أو غيرهما ممن تجوز له الاستنابة فيهما؛ لعدم استطاعته بنفسه ونائبه.
