(وَإِنْ صَدَّ) مَنْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ حَجٌّ أَوْ نَائِبُهُ بِطَرِيقٍ (فَعَلَ مَا بَقِيَ) مَسَافَةً وَفِعْلًا وَقَوْلًا لِأَنَّهُ أَسْقَطَ بَعْضَ الْوَاجِبِ
