(وَيُحْرِمُ) قَارِنٌ قَضَى مُفْرِدًا (مِنْ الْأَبْعَدِ) مِنْ مِيقَاتَيْهِ اللَّذَيْنِ أَحْرَمَ مِنْهُمَا قَارِنًا وَمُفْرِدًا إنْ تَفَاوَتَا (بِعُمْرَةٍ إذَا فَرَغَ) مِنْ حَجِّهِ

(ويُحرم) القارن إذا قضى مفرداً (من الأبعد) أي: أبعد ميقاتيه، وهما الذي أحرم منه قارناً، والذي أحرم منه مفرداً إن تفاوتا (بعمرة إذا فرغ) من حجه.
