(وَإِلَّا) يَنْحَرُوهُ (اسْتَرَدَّهُ) وُجُوبًا (وَنَحَرَهُ) لِوُجُوبِ نَحْرِهِ وَإِذَا أَبَى) اسْتِرْدَادَهُ (أَوْ عَجَزَ) عَنْ اسْتِرْدَادِهِ (ضَمِنَهُ) لِمَسَاكِينِ الْحَرَمِ لِعَدَمِ بَرَاءَتِهِ

(وإلا) أي: وإ ن لم ينحروه (استرده) منهم (ونحره) ، لوجوب نحره. (فإن أبى) أن يسترده (أو عجز) عن استرداده (ضمنه) لمساكين الحرم.
