شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَالْعَاجِزُ عَنْ إيصَالِهِ) أَيْ مَا وَجَبَ ذَبْحُهُ بِالْحَرَمِ (إلَى الْحَرَمِ) بِنَفْسِهِ أَوْ بِمَنْ يُرْسِلُهُ مَعَهُ (يَنْحَرُهُ حَيْثُ قَدَرَ وَيُفَرِّقُهُ بِمَنْحَرِهِ) لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إلَّا وُسْعَهَا}

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(والعاجز عن إيصاله) أي: إيصال ما وجب ذبحه في الحرم (إلى الحرم) بنفسه أو بمن يرسله معه (ينحره حيث قدر، ويفرقه بمنحره) ، لقوله سبحانه تعا لى: (لا يكلفالله نفسا الا وسعها) .
