(وَإِنْ وَقَعَ) صَيْدٌ جَرَحَهُ (فِي مَاءٍ) يَقْتُلُهُ مِثْلُهُ أَوْ لَا، فَمَاتَ ضَمِنَهُ (أَوْ تَرَدَّى) صَيْدٌ جَرَحَهُ مِنْ عُلُوٍّ (فَمَاتَ ضَمِنَهُ) جَارِحُهُ لِتَلَفِهِ بِسَبَبِهِ.
