شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(إلَّا أَنَّهُ) أَيْ الْحَرَمَ (يَحْرُمُ صَيْدُ بَحْرِيِّهِ) أَيْ الْحَرَمِ لِعُمُومِ الْخَبَرِ (وَلَا جَزَاءَ فِيهِ) أَيْ صَيْدِ بَحْرٍ بِالْحَرَمِ لِعَدَمِ وُرُودِهِ

بقوله: (إلا أنه) أي: الحرم (يحرم صيد بحر به) أي: بالحرم. (ولا جزاء فيه) أي: في صيد البحر إذا اصطاده في الحرم. وتقدم التنبيه على ذلك في محظوراات الإحرام .
