(وَيُضْمَنُ غُصْنٌ) فِي هَوَاءِ الْحِلِّ (أَصْلُهُ) أَيْ الْغُصْنِ فِي الْحَرَمِ (أَوْ بَعْضُ أَصْلِهِ بِالْحَرَمِ) لِتَبَعِيَّتِهِ لِأَصْلِهِ، وَ

(ويضمن غصن) قطع وهو كائن (في هواء الحل) إذا كان (أصله)

أي:

أصل ذلك الغصن (أو بعض أصله) كائناً (بالحرم) ، لأنه من شجر الحرم؛ لأن الغصن تابع لأصله.
