شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَإِنْ أَرَادَ فِعْلَهُ) أَيْ الْمَحْظُورَ (لِعُذْرٍ يُبِيحُهُ فَلَهُ ذَبْحُهُ) أَيْ مَا يَجِبُ بِهِ (قَبْلَهُ) أَيْ فِعْلِ الْمَحْظُورِ لِوُجُودِ سَبَبِهِ. كَإِخْرَاجِ كَفَّارَةٍ عَنْ يَمِينٍ بَعْدَ حَلِفٍ وَقَبْلَ حِنْثٍ

(وإن فعله) أى: أراد فعل محظور (لعذر) في فعله: (فله ذبحه)

أى:

ذبح ما يجب بفعل المحظور الذي يريد أن يفعله لعذر (قبله) أى: قبل فعل المحظور.
