(وَإِلَّا) يُطْلِقْ الْبَدَنَةَ بِأَنْ نَوَى مُعَيَّنَةً (لَزِمَهُ مَا نَوَاهُ) كَمَا لَوْ عَيَّنَهُ (بِلَفْظِهِ وَ) إنْ نَذَرَ
