شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَمِثْلُهَا) أَيْ الدَّابَّةِ (سِلَاحٌ وَغَيْرُهُ) إذَا أَخَذَهُ غَيْرَ عَارِيَّةٍ وَلَا حَبِيسٍ مَلَكَهُ بِغَزْوِهِ بِهِ لَا قَبْلَهُ.

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ومثلُها) أي: ومثل الدابة في الحكم (سلاح وغيره) أي: وغير السلاح إذا اعطيه ليغزو به، كالترس. فإنه إذا غزى به ملكه. والله سبحانه وتعالى أعلم.
