(وَإِنْ أَبَى) وَلَدُ مُسْلِمَةٍ حُرَّةٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهَا مِنْ أَهْلِ حَرْبٍ (الْإِسْلَامَ ضُرِبَ وَحُبِسَ حَتَّى يُسْلِمَ) لِأَنَّهُ مُسْلِمٌ تَبَعًا لِأُمِّهِ فَلَا يُقَرُّ عَلَى الْكُفْرِ
