(وَيُؤْخَذُ مَا غَلَّ) مِنْ غَنِيمَةٍ (لِلْمَغْنَمِ) لِأَنَّهُ حَقٌّ لِلْغَانِمِينَ وَمَنْ يُشْرِكُهُمْ فَوَجَبَ رَدُّهُ إلَى أَهْلِهِ
