(وَالْهَدِيَّةُ الدَّفْعُ) أَيْ الْعَيْنُ الْمَالِيَّةُ الْمَدْفُوعَةُ لَمُهْدًى إلَيْهِ (ابْتِدَاءً) بِلَا طَلَبٍ (وَالرِّشْوَةُ) بِتَثْلِيثِ الرَّاءِ: الدَّفْعُ (بَعْدَ طَلَبٍ) أَخْذُهَا
