(وَ) الْخَرَاجُ (كَالدَّيْنِ يُحْبَسُ بِهِ الْمُوسِرُ وَيُنْظَرُ بِهِ الْمُعْسِرُ) إلَى مَيْسَرَتِهِ لِأَنَّهُ أُجْرَةٌ كَأُجْرَةِ الْمَسَاكِنِ
