*** ] باب: الأمان [ (باب) يذكر فيه (الأمان) . وهو: (ضد الخوف) .

والأصل في مشروعيته قوله سبحانه وتعالى:{وَإِنْ أَحَدٌ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ اسْتَجَارَكَ فَأَجِرْهُ حَتَّى يَسْمَعَ كَلَامَ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ أَبْلِغْهُ مَأْمَنَهُ}.
