(وَيَبْطُلُ أَمَانٌ بِرَدِّهِ) مِنْ مُسْتَأْمَنٍ لِنَقْضِهِ لَهُ (وَ) يَبْطُلُ (بِخِيَانَةٍ) لِأَنَّهَا غَدْرٌ، وَلَا يَصْلُحُ فِي دِينِنَا

(ويبطل أمانٌ بردٍ) من المستأمن؛ لأنه إذا رد الأمان انتقض. (و) يبطل الأمان أيضاً (بـ) وجود (خيانة) ؛لأن خيانتهم غدر، ولا يصلح في ديننا الغدر.
