(وَإِنْ بَانَ) مَبِيعٌ عَلَى أَنَّهُ عَشَرَةٌ (أَقَلَّ) مِنْهَا (صَحَّ) الْبَيْعُ (وَالنَّقْصُ) عَنْ الْعَشَرَةِ (عَلَى بَائِعٍ) ; لِأَنَّهُ الْتَزَمَهُ بِالْعَقْدِ
