(غَيْرِهِ كَزُبْدٍ بِمَخِيضٍ وَلَوْ مُتَفَاضِلًا) كَرَطْلِ زُبْدٍ بِرَطْلَيْ مَخِيضٍ لِاخْتِلَافِهِمَا جِنْسًا بَعْدَ الِانْفِصَالِ وَإِنْ كَانَا جِنْسًا وَاحِدًا مَا دَامَ الِاتِّصَالُ بِأَصْلِ الْخِلْقَةِ كَالتَّمْرِ وَنَوَاهُ
